CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE FOR COPIC MARKERS



This Certificate provides information required by section 14(g) of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Act, 15 U.S.C. 2063(g).

1. The product covered by this certificate is the ink used in COPIC Markers, SKETCH Markers, CIAO Markers, and WIDE Markers, as well as the ink sold separately as Various Ink. These are professional markers and not intended for use by children 12 and under.

2. The above products conform to ASTM D-4236 and 16 CFR, Section 1500.14 (b8).

4. Mr. Kenneth O’Connell, President of Imagination International, Inc., maintains the test records in support of the certification at this address:

5. These above products are manufactured and assembled in Tokyo, Japan by Too Marker Products Inc., Ebisu Subaru Bldg. 4F., 20-8, Ebisu 1-chome, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan 150-0013. They are made each month of each year starting in January, 2006 for purposes of this testing and certification, and continue to be manufactured today.

6. Test results for these products were reported on August 18, 2006 by MGSL (Japan Recreation and Miscellaneous Goods Safety Laboratory). This is the registered inspection laboratory under Food Sanitation Law of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in Tokyo, Japan. This lab is approved by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and listed on their website.

7. The third-party laboratory that tested these COPIC products is listed in item 6: The Japan Recreation and Miscellaneous Goods Safety Laboratory. This is the registered inspection laboratory under Food Sanitation Law of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in Tokyo, Japan.
